CREST Education Center

Admission to CREST

The CREST Difference

Students must be referred to CREST by their local school district prior to consideration for enrollment in CREST. Although parents may attend a general tour of the program, tours specific to the student are not scheduled without prior approval/communication with the school district. A current IEP and most recent evaluations will be reviewed by CREST staff to determine if goals and objectives can be addressed by its educational program and therapies. Parents and the potential student are asked to meet with administrative staff, tour the program, and ask and answer questions. Following this sharing of information and tour, CREST meets internally to determine if the program can meet the IEP and defined needs of the prospective student. Both district and parents are contacted as to the determination of the “staffing”. An individual service agreement is prepared by the referring school district, setting forth the specific terms and conditions as established when the student is admitted.  For more information on beginning the referral process, please contact the CREST Administrative Office.
